National Board Certified Teachers

The Surry County School System congratulates and honors individual teachers earning their National Board Certification.  The Board of Education and Administration recognizes the time, dedication, and hard work these individuals exhibited to be successful. 

Educators of the Year

Educators of the Year are selected annually by an appointed committee.  These individuals are congratulated and honored throughout the school year for their hard work and dedication.

County-Wide Events

Students annually compete in academic related competitions such as spelling bee and science fair.  Congratulations to all participants as well as those who achieved highest recognition.
