The vision of 614 Restoration was not conceived in the minds of men, but in the heart of God. While Isaiah 61:4 is the focal verse for the 614 vision, we are keenly aware of the preceding three verses and their significance. We understand and believe that we are "a planting of the LORD"--God's idea, God's doing, God's sustaining. We also understand and believe that the purpose of God in placing this vision in our hearts is "for the display of His splendor"--God's glory, God's power, God's great name! We know that this vision is bigger than we are; and we pray that God would move upon your heart to join with us in our passionate pursuit of citywide restoration and transformation for the glory of God!
Pray. Set aside some time each day to pray specifically for the students in our city. Pray also for God to be glorified through 614 Restoration and all those who are believing God to bring revival and transformation to our city through this generation of young people. Consider praying with us every Tuesday at 7:00am. We meet at the 614 offfice located at 410 West Fourth Street, Suite 200, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
Give. Consider a tax deductible* financial gift to 614 Restoration to help with costs associated with the various 614 initiatives. If you would like to help financially, you have three options:
Share. Help us get the word out about this citywide vision. Encourage your church to get involved in the various opportunities provided through 614 Restoration. Tell your friends, your neighbors, your co-workers. Maybe you will discover someone who has this same passion for our city and for this generation of young people.
*614 Restoration was organized as non-profit entity through the assistance of our legal counsel, Kilpatrick Stockton LLP. We are officially recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) entity which means your contributions to 614 Restoration are tax deductible.
